Key experience
- 5+ years’ experience, specifically in HR Function
- In-depth technical and working knowledge of employment legislation.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive employment matters in a professional manner.
- Educated to CIPD or degree level, specifically in HR.
- An ability to build good working relationships with colleagues.
- An ability to support other projects where required.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the senior leadership team to implement the Firms People strategy to include:
People & Culture Strategy
- Embed company values into performance frameworks and employee experience.
- Advise senior leadership team on people-related matters.
HR Compliance
- Manage HRIS systems and maintain HR records to ensure accurate documentation.
- Ensure policy and compliance obligations are met.
- Collaborate with management to address HR-related issues and provide strategic guidance.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process.
- Work with Universities and Professional Accountancy Bodies to further develop Internship and Graduate Programme.
- Oversee structured onboarding and induction program.
Performance Management
- Support managers in delivering the performance management process.
- Drive continuous feedback culture and employee development planning.
Reward
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Learning & Development
- Manage a structured Graduate Development Program
- Develop & implement a practice wide L&D framework aligned with business needs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness.
- Manage external training providers &learning platforms.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary range €45,000 - €50,000 pro rata based on experience.
