Dingle Sea Safari has been announced as the winner of the 2026 Working Together initiative, a collaboration between CSG Audit Tax & Advisory and Radio Kerry designed to support local businesses and organisations across Kerry.
The Dingle based tourism business was selected during a live grand final broadcast from CSG's Tralee office on Monday, 5 October, securing a €3,000 prize package made up of €1,500 in business advisory services from CSG and €1,500 in radio and digital advertising from Radio Kerry.
Speaking following the announcement, Jamie Ó Flannúra, Marketing Manager at Dingle Sea Safari, said:
"We are absolutely delighted to win the Working Together 2026 award. As a family-run business, the CSG Advisory Package will help us plan for the long term and future-proof Dingle Sea Safari for the next generation. The Radio Kerry advertising is a brilliant opportunity too, allowing us to share our boat tours with listeners across the county and remind them of the amazing experience that's right on their doorstep in Dingle Bay."

Six finalists took part in the live final, each given one minute to explain their business and how the support package could help them grow. Alongside Dingle Sea Safari, the finalists were DEMORRIS Ltd, Adams of Tralee, The Laurels Pub & Restaurant, Autism Friendly Kerry and OCON Projects.
Commenting on the result, Úna McShane, Partner, Practice Development at CSG said:
"We're delighted to congratulate Dingle Sea Safari on being named the 2026 Working Together winner. The quality of this year's entrants and finalists demonstrated the ambition, resilience and entrepreneurial spirit that exists across Kerry. We look forward to working with Jamie and the Flannery family as they take the next steps in their business journey."
The Working Together campaign also provided valuable insight into the challenges and ambitions facing businesses across the county through the inaugural CSG Kerry Business Barometer.
The findings revealed that:
Despite these challenges, many businesses expressed ambitions to grow, expand their services and create employment opportunities.
CSG Managing Partner Chris Murray said:
"These findings reflect many of the conversations we're having with business owners across Kerry. Rising operating costs continue to place pressure on businesses, making financial planning, cash flow management and informed decision-making more important than ever."
The Business Barometer findings highlight the resilience of Kerry businesses and reinforce the importance of practical business support initiatives such as Working Together.
