CSG Accountants & Advisors Announces Merger with ORM Accountants, Bringing National Expertise with a Local Touch to Kerry
CSG Strengthens Presence in Kerry with ORM Merger in Killarney
Killarney, 12 January 2026: CSG Accountants & Advisors, one of Ireland’s fastest-growing multidisciplinary advisory firms, today announced a strategic merger with ORM Accountants in Killarney. Operating under the CSG name, the partnership strengthens CSG’s footprint across Munster and gives businesses in the region access to the firm’s expanding national team of trusted experts across tax, audit, accountancy and advisory services, delivered with the personal, local service.
Following the merger, CSG staff numbers will increase to 70 between their offices in Tralee and Killarney, and its client base will grow to 2,250 across Kerry and the wider Munster region.
“We are delighted to welcome our new colleagues from ORM into the growing team at CSG. From a client perspective the day-to-day relationships remain exactly the same,” said Chris Murray, Managing Partner at CSG. “ORM clients will continue to be supported by the same trusted team in Killarney. What this merger does is strengthen the offering behind those relationships. By choosing CSG, businesses gain access to highly skilled specialists across tax, audit, accountancy and advisory services, wherever they need them to support growth, succession and investment.”
With offices now in both Tralee and Killarney, CSG is strongly positioned to support Irish corporate groups, family businesses, hospitality and tourism operators, professional services, agri-businesses and sole traders.
ORM Accountants Limited was established in 2017. Under the leadership of John Mannix and Michael Brouder, ORM has grown into a modern, forward-thinking practice, combining best-in-class cloud technology with a continued commitment to personal, relationship-driven service for both local and international clients.
John Mannix, Managing Director of ORM and incoming Director at CSG, said the merger represents a natural progression for the firm.
“Our clients value the fact that we understand their businesses, their families and communities,” he said. “By joining CSG, we are further enhancing our ability to support clients in a rapidly changing business environment. Along with maintaining our strong personal service locally in Killarney, clients will benefit from deeper specialist expertise and a forward-looking advisory approach, including helping them identify, understand and leverage opportunities arising from the evolving Artificial Intelligence and technology landscape. This ensures our clients are not only successful today but well positioned for the future.”
The merger forms part of CSG’s broader strategy to build a strong network while maintaining personal, relationship-driven service. From its base in Tralee, and now with a dedicated presence in Killarney, CSG will support a growing portfolio of clients.
“We see huge opportunities for businesses across Kerry and the wider region,” Chris Murray added. “Our role is to stand beside those businesses as a long-term partner helping them navigate change, manage risk and plan for the future. Combining the strengths of CSG and ORM puts us in a great position to do exactly that.”
CSG’s continued growth reflects increasing demand for integrated advisory support that blends technical excellence with accessible, hands-on service. The addition of ORM deepens the firm’s on-the-ground presence in Kerry and broadens its capacity to support clients across key sectors including hospitality, tourism, retail, agriculture, construction, professional services and technology.
“CSG’s ambition is to ensure that every client receives best-in-class advisory support,” Chris Murray said. “We are building a firm that combines national expertise with local understanding, and this merger is a perfect example of that approach in action.”
