Front Office Administrator - Tralee

CSG are seeking a Front Office Administrator to join our expanding team in Tralee.

We are seeking a Front Office Administrator to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic office environment and is keen to deliver exceptional service to both clients and colleagues. As the first point of contact for our firm, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our front office operations.

Key Experience:

·      Front Office Administration experience, ideally 3 years +

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

·      Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience.

·      Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence efficiently, directing inquiries to the relevant team members.

·      Support daily administrative operations including data entry, document presentation and filing.

·      Uphold confidentiality and always handle sensitive information with discretion.

·      Maintain the office communal areas ensuring they are organised, presentable and stocked with necessary supplies.

·      Monitor and order office supplies as required.

·      Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow across all teams.

·      Contribute to upholding CSG’s company values and foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture.

Salary and benefits:

· Salary € 30,000 - €35,000, based on experience.

· 22 days Annual Leave
