Patrick J. Geraghty (Partner)

Paddy graduated from the University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Civil Law Degree. He was admitted to the role of Solicitors in 1971 and shortly thereafter commenced his own practice which became part of Connolly Sellors Geraghty in 1978.

Paddy practices exclusively in the areas of Company, Corporate and Commercial Law advising companies in the public and private sector, semi state organisations and financial institutions in all aspects of Commercial and Corporate Law.

Paddy has a particular expertise in advising foreign companies and incorporations establishing facilities in Ireland, having worked in this area extensively for over 25 years.

Activities in this area include advising companies on availability of industrial support packages, employment grants, fixed capital expenditure grants and supports, joint venture agreements, technology transfer arrangements, shareholders agreements, dispute resolution and complex corporate and commercial litigation.
